Underground Service Connections (Level 2)
As a Level 2 Authorised Service Provider, we manage underground mains connections, meter installations, and supply upgrades directly. No need to engage a separate Level 2 contractor for your build.
Data and Communications Cabling
Structured data cabling, NBN pre-wire, CCTV cable runs, intercom wiring, and TV antenna distribution. Installed during rough-in alongside the electrical, so nothing gets missed or added later at double the cost.
Smoke Alarm Compliance
Hard-wired, interconnected smoke alarms installed to meet current AS 3786 requirements and Victorian Building Regulations. We handle the compliance paperwork, not just the installation.

Rough-in
All first-fix electrical, data, and smart home pre-wire completed in a single mobilisation. Switchboard position and cable runs are designed around the full system, including future solar and battery.
Fit-off and Commission
Second fix, switchboard energisation, solar and battery commissioning, EV charger installation, and smart home setup. All completed by the same team who did the rough-in.
Handover
Full compliance documentation, certificates of electrical safety, STC paperwork, warranty registrations, and a walkthrough for the homeowner. One package, ready for your handover pack.
