A small, dedicated team of licensed electricians who take pride in their work. Every member of our team is employed directly by Carlin Co. We do not use labour hire or subcontractors for electrical work.

Hamish Carlin
Founder and Director
Licensed electrician and founder of Carlin Co Electrical. Hamish started the business in 2019 after working across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical for several years. He oversees every project, handles quoting and client communication, and still works on site daily. Hamish holds his A-Grade electrical licence and is the nominated REC (33210) for the business.
Jackson
Senior Electrician
Jackson has been with Carlin Co since the early days and is trusted across our most complex projects. From heritage rewiring to commercial switchboard installations, Jackson delivers consistently high-quality work. Howie

Every electrician on our team is a direct Carlin Co employee. We do not subcontract electrical work. This means consistent quality, accountability, and a team that knows our standards.
The person who inspects your property and provides the quote is connected to the team who completes the work. This continuity eliminates miscommunication and ensures the finished result matches what was discussed.
Our team regularly trains on new EV charger platforms (Zappi, Tesla, Ocular, EVNEX, Wallbox, Fronius), smart home systems, solar and battery integration, and updated Australian standards. We invest in our team so our clients benefit from current expertise.
Our team arrives in branded vehicles, wears Carlin Co uniforms, and carries full identification. We remove shoes inside homes, use drop sheets, and clean up completely after every job. The small details matter.
